- It is strictly prohibited to smoke any substance of any kind on or in the leased premises. - No pets. - The LESSEE shall provide proof of tenant insurance prior to the possession date, including personal liability and contents coverage of no less than two million dollars ($2,000,000). - Security deposit: Upon signing the lease, the LESSEE shall remit to Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust a refundable security deposit of ten percent (10%) of the total rental amount, to cover any damage that may occur to the leased premises during the term of the lease. The security deposit shall be returned to the LESSEE within thirty (30) days following the end of the lease, subject to an inspection of the premises by the LESSOR or the LESSOR's representative and payment of all amounts and invoices for which the LESSEE is responsible. - The LESSOR will ensure the property has been professionally cleaned at his expense prior to possession by the lessee. - The LESSEE will ensure the property has been professionally cleaned at his expense at the end of the lease, as well as 2 more cleanings during the term of the lease, at his expense. - The winter seasonal rental period will be prioritised from December 15th 2026 to April 15th 2027. Any changes to these dates will be subject to discussion with the LESSOR. This lease is for a seasonal rental only, for a maximum period of five (5) months. - Maximum occupancy of the leased premises is limited to 2 persons.
